*A thought*:

The apostle Paul tells us that when Christ stood before Pontius Pilate, He "made the good confession" (I Timothy 6:13). What does that mean? This Christ would not allow the actions of Pilate to determine His. He acted, rather than reacted. He _resolved_ to remain silent. He _resolved_ to go on loving. When we act rather than react to life, then we do as Jesus did - we "make a good confession"

*Week #6 memory verse*:

2 Corinthians 1:4 _"... who comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God"_
