A thought:
Do you sometimes find yourself doing what Simon Peter did - one moment listening to the voice of God (Matt.16:16), the next moment listening to the voice of Satan? (Matt.16:22)
Remember, although you may not be able to avoid hearing Satan's voice, you can most certainly choose decide to resist him.
